All Cams is a very no-frills cam site with a plain design and fairly limited user features. As is the case with most live cam sites, the main thing going on here is adult-oriented chat and cam shows, but there are some additional categories for friendship and long term relationships as well. There are quite a few categories for both the adult and non-adult areas of the site including things like "glamour girls" "girls home alone – a little shy" and "girls home alone – instant action" and there’s a page which explains some of the differences between them, but some of them such as "escorts and massage" weren’t explained at all.

In addition to male and female solo performers, All Cams also offers the chance at some private video chat time with transgendered people and cross dressers, girl/girl couples, guy/girl couples, and even groups! Some of the chat hosts also focus on particular kinks and fetishes like feet, bondage and latex, and most are pretty willing to try new things within reason. On the day I visited the site, there were over 900 cams live and online, and there are literally tens of thousands of hosts registered with the site.

Whereas most live adult webcam sites offer free preview video chat time and one-on-one shows for a per-minute fee, shows at All Cams may be group or one-on-one shows, and you really don’t get much of a preview beforehand unless you join the site. Memberships are available for free and allow you to text chat with a performer before buying a premium group or private show, but as far as I can tell, video preview is not an option. Unfortunately, since most live cam sites do offer at least some form of video preview chat, the lack of it here at All Cams puts the site at a disadvantage.

With so many hosts to choose from and very general categories that don’t tell you much about the actual performers, the search feature here at All Cams is very important to making the site usable. Performers can be narrowed down by various attributes including hair color, gender, ethnicity, body type, sexual orientation, but what’s missing is a fetish or action search. If you’re trying to find a performer with a certain type of toy or who is willing to perform a specific fetish, the only thing you can do is ask each one individually or check for a reference to it on their limited profile page.

Although guests to the site can access some of the areas of the site including the FAQ section and the list of online performers, if you’re really serious of buying some shows here, you’ll want to sign up for a free membership to check things out first. Once you’re a member, you can enter the free text chats and also view the preview photos on each performer’s profile page. Getting signed up with your credit card also means that purchasing private or group video chat time is easy when you’re ready to make the leap. Group chats typically start at around $1.89 per minute, private chats at around $2.89 per minute.

All Cams seems very plain overall and could certainly use more advanced features, particularly when it comes to communicating with the performers as there does not currently seem to be a way to contact someone who is offline. That being said, the site does offer most of the features cam fans expect including audio for some performers, cam-to-cam chats, and pre-recorded shows, and membership is free if you want to try it out. If you shop around, you can even get some pretty decent prices on the one-on-one shows!
